Warranty & Service Program

A two-year warranty is standard for your new motorcycle, atv or trike. All of our used items come with a full 6 months warranty. In the unlikely event that your item would need to be serviced, simply contact us and we can help you locate a qualified RV Dealer/Repair Shop in your area. We will then help arrange for the warranty work to be completed as quickly as possible. Please remember that all warranty work must first be pre-approved by a representative from our company.

Warranty Coverage:
Engine, Transmission, Primary Drive, Drive Axle, Front & Rear Suspension, Steering, Brakes, Electrical, Gauges, Fuel System, Seals & Gaskets.
Like all warranties, the owner of the motorcycle is responsible for adhering to the terms and conditions to keep the warranty from becoming void.
General exclusions from most warranties include failures that are caused by:
Competition or racing. Installing parts that are not equivalent to the original manufacture's parts. Any neglect of the vehicle caused by the owner. Failure to conduct scheduled maintenance as required by the owner's manual. Damage caused by an accident or collision. Modification to original parts that directly causes a breakdown of other vehicle components. Malfunction that results from environmental damage.

We will quickly discuss your problems or concerns. If it's something we can handle on the phone, we'll walk you through the solution and/or ship parts to you. If your item needs service, we will locate the closest service location that can handle the problem and contact them. If the problem is covered under warranty and the service is authorized, we will handle all warranty claims and payments. Either way, we will do everything we can to help and get your problem corrected as easily and quickly as possible.
