Can you ship my item?

YES! The items can be shipped directly from our storage facility to any where in the USA and Canada. We can also ship internationally. Please contact us for current rates.

 

How can you offer free shipping?

We're able to offer free shipping by using returning transport trucks that have space available after completing other shipments. This allows us to pass the savings on to you, but it also means delivery can take longer than standard methods. If you need your item delivered sooner, we also offer standard and express shipping options that prioritize faster delivery.

 

Can I pickup my item?

YES!! You can save even more money by picking up your item directly at our storage facility once your online order, account verification, and payment have been completed. We welcome visitors and can arrange tours of our storage facility (subject of appointment) however, same-day pickup or shipping is not available. Payment confirmation and preparation of the required ownership-transfer documents typically take two to five business days; therefore, same-day pickup or shipping is not available. Please remember that in order to give our customers the best possible prices, shipping and delivery costs are not included in the prices of the items.

 

How long will it take to get my item?

Items purchased from inventory can be delivered immediately. Please allow for a 3 to 25 days delivery time frame depending on the shipping method selected. If you choose our express shipping option, this can decrease the delivery time to just a few days.

 

Do you offer financing?

For the time being we do not offer financing. Our company works with a number of lenders to make certain that your financing needs can be met soon.

 

Can I trade in my used item?

In the best interest of our customers, we do not accept trades. Instead of playing the trade-in game, we choose to offer the lowest possible prices. It is in your best interest to sell your item on your own. Having your item under-valued or paying to much for your new item during the trade in process can be frustrating.

 

How come your prices are so much lower?

Does my item come with a warranty?

Yes, a two-year warranty is standard for your new motorcycle, atv or trike. All of our used items come with a full 6 months warranty. In the unlikely event that your item would need to be serviced, simply contact us and we can help you locate a qualified RV Dealer/Repair Shop in your area. We will then help arrange for the warranty work to be completed as quickly as possible. Please remember that all warranty work must first be pre-approved by a representative from our company.
