Terms and Conditions of Money Back Guarantee, as of 1/26/11

What is "Refusal of Delivery" on applicable items:

When your new item arrives to you, may refuse delivery. If there is something wrong such as a flat tire that is a service related item and isn't a reason to refuse delivery. Your new warranty will take care of that and we will get anything resolved for you quickly and easily. Refusing delivery means that your new item isn't what we said it was, and you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase due to inadequate presentation, and making any repairs or replacing with another item isn't going to bring satisfaction to you. It means you are not going to purchase your item and there isn't any resolve to the situation other than getting your money back. If that is the case, you may kindly inform your delivery driver that you are refusing delivery and he will return your item to the facility for a 100% refund, including any applicable freight. Whatever method of payment you used initially will be the method in which your refund occurs and it will be within 15 days.

Accepting Delivery:

Once your item is delivered and the 14 days inspection period passed, this confirms you are satisfied with your purchase and this completes your transaction as the new owner. If something is wrong or a correction needs to be made, your warranty will take care of anything that so you are covered. Simply make a notation on the delivery receipt and hand back to your driver or, contact our support department. Our customer service will contact you and make arrangements to get anything corrected that is needed.

Payment Terms:

A standard deposits of 30% are required when ordering a bike, trike or atv value more than $10,000.00 with balance due before delivery. For all orders up to $9,999.00, full payment is required before delivery starts.
